Ring of Fire Resources Inc. Announces West Timmins Area Land Acquisition

Property Location and Ownership

The D & H Project consists of 53 contiguous blocks comprised of 541 claim units (the "D& H Claims") covering some 8,498 hectares (approx 21,000 acres) in the Denyes, Halcrow and Greenlaw townships, West Timmins Area, Porcupine Mining District, Northern Ontario.

The D & H Project is 100% owned and operated by Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. and covers the continuation of DZ1, DZ2 & DZ3 Deformation Zones identified on the Sara Court Property.

Current Work Program

2011:

HUI News Release -- February 9, 2011 (and Red Pine News Release -- February 8, 2011)
The Company is very encouraged by the sucessful results and modeling that Red Pine Exploration Inc. is achieving on their SaraCourt Property, which is contiguous to ROF's D&H Project. Red Pine has confirmed that the DZ3 Deformation Corridor, which extends onto ROF's D&H Project area, is a structurally significant geological event and is associated with anomolous gold values over a broad area.

ROF plans to commence an Airborne Geophysical Survey later this year and is presently evaluating proposals from a number of providers.

2010:

ROF started staking this property in October 2010 in the Denyes, Halcrow, Raney, Crockett and Greelaw Townships, in the west Timmins area of Northern Ontario. The Company expects to stake approximately 54 claim blocks for approximately 398 claim units totaling 15,661 acres adjacent and contiguous to the Red Pine Exploration, Sara Court Property.

Background

The D & H Project is contiguous to the SaraCourt Project held by Red Pine Exploration Inc (TSX-V: RPX) ("Red Pine"), which contains the Michelle, Krista and Mortimer mineralized zones currently being actively explored by Red Pine (see RPX news release dated November 11, 2010). Red Pine announced results (see RPX news release October 21, 2010) from diamond drilling on the SaraCourt Project that included 4.05 g/t gold over 35 metres, included in which was an intersection that ran 7.76 g/t gold over 15 metres.

Recent re-interpretation of the geology and structural controls of this area has the DZ3 Deformation Zone presently being explored by RedPine projecting onto the D&H Project (See map attached). There are two additional deformation zones, namely the DZ2 deformation zone and the DZ1 deformation zone, that are projected to continue within the D&H Project. The DZ2 occurs in a number of patented claims strategically located along this deformation zone. The DZ1 appears to strike in the direction of the Trelawney Mining & Exploration Inc (TSX-V: TRR) Chester Project where they announced (see TTRR news release dated November 16, 2010) an intersection of 520.28 metres of 1.44 g/t gold (0.92 g/t cut) including 1.70 metres of 199.80 g/t gold.

ROF believes that the D&H project is well situated in the new geological interpretations of an old mineralized province that is evident by the recent announcement of results from Red Pine Explorations Inc. from their SaraCourt project, Probe Mines Limited (TSX-V: PRB) on their Borden Lake Project, and REC Minerals' extensive land position and interest in the area.
