Location:

East Timmins Nickel:  Northern Ontario - Mann, Hanna, Duff and Reaume Townships

Target Commodity:

Gold (Au), Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Silver (Ag), Platinum Group Metals (PGM)

Property Size:

A ~38,700  ha Nickel-Cobalt/VMS/Gold property, which includes the Mann, Hanna, Duff, Newmarket, Galna, McCool and Reaume Twps.

Net Ownership:

Noble and Canada Nickel have spun out certain mining claims in and around Mann Township into East Timmins Nickel Ltd ("ETN"), a newly incorporated subsidiary of Canada Nickel, to consolidate their interests in bulk tonnage nickel projects northeast of Timmins, Ontario.  Noble owns 20%.    

JV/Strategic Partner:

Canada Nickel is the Operator subject to an 80/20 JV equity interest.
